If you are a homeowner or Landlord, we collect personally identifying information, including your name(s), address(es), phone number(s), e-mail address(es), and information about your home and marketing plans.

If you are a homebuyer or renter, we collect personally identifying information, including your name(s), address(es), phone number(s), e-mail address(es), and information about the home you would like to search for.

If you are a licensed real estate agent or broker who is in a referral arrangement with us, we collect your contact and professional information, including your name, company, address, phone number, e-mail address and general marketing information.

Regardless of whether you are a homeowner, homebuyer, landlord, tenant or a real estate agent or broker, information that identifies you personally is collected from our Site only if you supply it voluntarily by entering it on our Site. Additionally, we may collect information independent of this site from you to be merged with the information appearing on our site, but only if you supply it voluntarily to us by e-mail, facsimile, mail, phone or other means.

We do not regulate how these third parties use your information and are not responsible for removing your information from any third party lists. Please contact the third party service providers directly to be removed from their lists.

Except as stated above, we do not disclose, sell, rent, loan, trade or lease any personal information collected at our Site to any other party.
